About Me

I’ve spent most of my career working at the intersection of business, psychology and performance – and I know how easy it is to carry pressure quietly while everything on the outside looks fine.

I’ve coached executives, lead teams, taught performance psychology and business strategy and coached my son as he competed in Paralympic sport. Through all of that I kept coming back to the same thing – people need calm, real world support to make sense of what they are feeling, and to figure out what’s next.

Now I work with individuals and business owners who want to find clarity, regain direction and feel more in control – emotionally, mentally and practically. I don’t take a one size fits all approach, I’ll meet your where you are, and help map a path that’s realistic for your life, family and business.

My approach is practical and evidence based, drawing on methods like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Positive Psychology to enable clients to regain control of their lives.

General Counselling Fees

  • A single session is $250 (options include to be covered by Medicare, your Private Health Insurance or as a Coaching Service)

Business Psychology & Consulting Fees

  • Fees for businesses and our Executive Performance Zone program will vary based on the time required and your goals.

Are the services in person or online?

  • I am able to meet face to face in Camberwell
  • Online or Telehealth is also available
  • All other services delivery is structured to meet your needs
