About Me

BSc, MA (Psych), Post Grad Cert (Sports & Performance Psychology)

John has an extensive corporate background and have worked with individuals, teams and organisations to create confident connections that improve personal and professional performance.

A strong believer of the connection between the ‘mind and body, John has lectured at the Australian College of Applied Psychology, NSW Institute of Sport, Fitness Institute of Australia, APM College of Business and Sydney Conservatorium of Music.

A National Coaching Accreditation Scheme martial arts instructor, founder of Esprit Martial Arts, John also coached his Paralympic classified son for several years.

In private practice he uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Cognitive Processing Therapy to enable clients to regain control of their lives.

What are your fees?

  • A single session is $250 (options include to be covered by Medicare, your Private Health Insurance or as a Coaching Service)
  • Ask me about other services or programs as it will vary based on the time required and your goals.

Are the services in person or online?

  • I am able to meet with counselling clients in person at various locations, however appreciate it may be more convenient online at times.
  • All other services delivery is structured to meet your needs as required.
